CORE Net builds on the successful foundation of the CORE mental health Outcome Measurement system established more than 10 years ago and in particular its PC based analysis tool CORE PC.
CORE Net Mental Health Clinical Management System is web-based so it is available to any practitioner with internet access, in a surgery, consultation room, hospital or remotely. It is easy to use, even if you have not previously been familiar with the CORE system, and its features and functionality are appealing for a therapist to use with his patients or clients, and also to a service manager for supervising the therapists in his service. It is being used in General Practice, in Mental Health Trusts, and in private sector and charity services.
Importantly, it can be used interactively with patients/clients who can themselves fill in the questions online so it can be substantially paperless. You may like to watch a short video of how it is being used in Ashton, Leigh and Wigan PCT.
CORE Net has been operational since 2005 and piloted in over a dozen demonstration sites. CORE Net Mental Health Clinical Management System is delivering a robust service which enables data to be collected directly and simply in a way that is fully transparent and immediately enhances patient care. It is currently being rolled out across UK and the Netherlands.
